- Do helium balloons come with ribbons? Yes, each comes with its own ribbon.
- Can I buy helium balloons to be delivered loose? Yes, between 25- 1000+

- Will my latex helium balloons come with weights? No, all latex helium balloons are supplied without weights. (weights are sold separately)
- Will my foil helium balloons come with weights? Yes, all foil balloons are supplied with weights.
- How long will my helium latex balloons float for? Depending on their size a minimum of 12 hours. A 12” balloon is our most popular asked size, in which will float between 18-24 Hours.
- How long will my helium foil balloons float for? Standard size floats for minimum of 2 weeks, but at their best for the first 4-5 days. Jumbo foil balloons float for a minimum of 2 Months.
- Will balloons float if I use a balloon pump? No, air molecules are heavier than helium molecules, and therefore are unable to lift a balloon for it to float.
- Why do air filled balloons remain their size longer than helium filled? Air molecules are a lot larger than helium molecules, and as balloons are porous helium will naturally escape a lot quicker.

- Do you deliver on a Sunday? Yes, subject to balloonist availability – Surcharge will apply.
- What are your store opening hours? Mon, Tue, Weds, Thurs 9am-5pm, Friday 9am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Sunday / Bank Holidays Closed.
- Are your latex balloons biodegradable? Yes, all our latex balloons are biodegradable.
